    Looks like another relapse fellas. I couldn’t fall asleep and I went on a porn binge. It seems leaving my mind alone to sleep caused old memories of my girlfriend to resurface. I guess I’m fighting multiple battles here, I’ll need to start taking this extra seriously when I wake up tomorrow. I’ve been slacking on my journaling and scheduling so that could be the problem. Still, I think fighting relapse for two hours straight with nothing to distract myself is a good sign. Although this still gets harder, I will only get stronger! Begin day zero!

    Man u are blessed... in hindu religion sex is given prime importance... we have to live it to the fullest so that we can get past that stage and attain liberation... did u succeed to love that girl in ur zone whom u always wanted to talk to?sry if it is personal to u... but wish that girl was the same then i would believe that NoFap really worked for u.. and Jesus blessed u.
