Solid day overrall

1. Finished a model train I had been working on during quarantine. It's a very cool wooden steampunk kind of design

2. Finished the last of fixing/correcting journal entries for a close friend. She's trying to improve her English, and I helped her do a month's worth of writing practice

3. Did a fair bit of exercising this afternoon (arm workout, ab workout, and then ran for 30 minutes)

Some other things were accomplished, but those three were the highlights.
I have a lot of extra time lately, but I'm trying to improve myself when I can

• Took time for special care for one of my clients because I decided so
• Treated my other clients and my colleagues good
• Didn't use my phone the whole day and didn't distracted myself when I felt like it. Stayed with the feelings and saw what's going on
