Checking in. Day 8/90. Staying Honest. Staying Committed.

 

Another day. Again last night i stayed with my woman friend and again we were physically intimate with no intercourse or orgasm. I enjoy it even though it's somewhat humbling not being able to act like super stud. She likes it too and in fact prefers it right now . Shes feels shes not ready yet for intercourse. I'll be glad though when we finally do it. I'd like to learn to have sex without ejaculation like the taoists recommend. Anyway I'm grateful to nofap and am on the path for another day. P.s. I made the decision to get off coffee and today was day 1 with that. One day at a time.

 

Day 19/90. A good day today socializing a lot. I used to think I was dependent on being happy if I only socialized every day. Glad that I've been able to find success and happiness without socializing everyday and I think that's made social interactions that much more enjoyable.
