    Maybe some of you remember what I wrote a couple weeks ago about following a plan. Well, I haven't sticked to it. I was having a great streak and doing everything fine, but this afternoon I lost my focus and I layed in bed while checking instagram, which led to an almost automatic reset. I know exactly what I have to do in order to succeed in this journey, but I have to find the courage to leave this comfortable but empty life behind and start living an unknown but meaningful one.

    i understant that perfectly brother. But trust that you´re life can only be better with nofap. in fact, pretty much anything is better than to live in PMO :D. and you know it.

    althought it may feel scary to live without PMO because many brothers just don´t remember how to live without it, the truth is that PMO not only robs your senses, but also your stamina, your focus, your stability, your relationships, etc etc. Breaking free from PMO will eliminate those harmful effects, so your life can only be better and improve.

    althought the withdrawal period is hard yes, but it´s better to go through hell, than to stay there forever.

    those kinds of relapses are very common. i relapsed a lot like that in the past. those relapses shows that you can´t stay away from the plan. it´s your triggers system and good habits that keeps PMO at bay. So stick to it, no matter what.

    Yesterday i saw a movie "Hidden Figures" about three courageous womans that did a lot in there time. This film really portraits the strenght of womans and how they stand for their rights. Something that PMO prevent us from seeing.

    Besides that, it´s a great film, it portraits the NASA voyages to space, calculations, computers, etc :). I highly recommend it.
