Tough urges. I need help.

I have been going through 2 days of tough urges. I feel like the ejaculation is in my penis and wants to get out so bad. It is very sensitive. I wish I can hold it till I go to sleep. Is it weird that I am wishing for a wet dream? I am strugling alot. I am wishing for a wet dream to get everything out.
If you have any advice guys, please help me.

I just relapsed....
I did watch P but didn't M. Couldn't help not to watch. the urges was so damn tough that my body was shaking... but I stopped myself from watching, I knew that by it I would destroy myself. So I went to shower to take cold shower but it didn't help. My buddy was so sensitive and it was so hard for mr to control it. First time ever I feel this high in sex drive. And cause of the water going down touching it. I O'd...
But the weird thing is I don't feel angry with myself, I have more rights now to continue what I have started. I feel relaxed tbh, and focused on my goal to quit PMO forever, I wont let this relapse taking me down, I made a quiet impressive 16 days without pmo. I wish my buddy will go back to sleep as it was from day 1.

The only thing, that makes me feel sorry, is to start from 0.

 

Cold shower didn't help me, and I relapsed.
