Day 5 check in. Feel really good this morning. I'm in a great mood. The edge of depression I had is gone right now. I guess the build up of testosterone acts as a mood regulator? I had read from some members that their depression greatly decreased during streaks. I'm on day 7 of NoFap because I started 2 days before the challenge. Have a great day Gents!

day4. glad that I made it through day3. Grateful to see people's encouragements to me. Today I am feeling great.
Edit: had a hectic day later today. stress built up and mind drifted away. I was on the verge of relapse but I ended up closing my browser. It reminded me of the movie Inception... the best time to kill an urge is to kill it at its inception

So I'm tired of having to deal with 2 separate dates. One for my NoFap start (day 7) and one for the 14 day challenge start (day 5).....any objections to me just calling it day 7?

  13. Day 8/14. Reason for quitting - I feel PMO is just turning me into an escape artist. Whenever things are not going good, PMO and instantly I feel good. Actual problem stays as such and it's a cycle then. Also p**n induced ED and inability to control my own will. I got up and went for a run today. Urge to getup in the middle of the night and PMO has reduced greatly. Morning PMO, I am escaping by stepping out of the house after getting up.

Yeah, get the hell out of the house as fast as possible. Generally, I've never been a morning PMO kinda guy. I think because I always wait until the last possible minute to get up and start getting ready for work that I just don't have time to think about it. That saves my ass. It's usually at night before bed when my mind starts wandering.

Good day today. Fought of some urges. Especially when I applied the vitamin E cream to my dick. I heard it really helps to heal and to regain sensitivity... I'm starting to believe that theory. Has anyone tried this?

Starting day 8. Getting into the area where my brain is trying to figure out wtf is happening. Fought the urge this morning but was a close call. Onward

  18. Day 11/14.

Started the day with a small temptation which could easily have ended badly, but thankfully had another person in the room, a schedule to keep which involved other people, and lots to do! So, I was easily able to move on. Then, went on to have a great day. Woohoo!

All good. You know what's going on :)

    :emoji_thumbsup:

Heh, yeah it's like that hey. "WTF is happening? You're not doing this thing that used to fill me with addictive chemicals anymore. Where's mah hit dangit?!"
Good job @ntm@n76 (I keep going to call you Rush but that's not your name...hmm...still, by our "Freewill" we choose not to PMO ;))

Welcome to the challenge @PurpleOrange27 ! Best wishes on your journey :)

This is brilliant. Thanks for sharing @joy2move !
