    anyone notice undigested vegetables in your stools after masturbating, edging or engaging in pmo activities? I have, this only seems to happen after i pmo. does anybody have similar experience?

    I always get really bad indigestion and bloating after PMO. I think PMO has some kind of inflammatory trigger for my body. I’ve also noticed increased problems with seasonal allergies and low back pain.

    i have gotten indigestion after pmoing a year ago its started while i was on the act and wouldnt leave until now i have been dealing with gastritis like symptoms ever since that session i didnt share this with my doctor because it’s embarrassing but my stomach hasnt been the same ever since that session. Also after i cut back on my pmo habits i havent had any seasonal allergies i used to get them every season on the regular
