Trouble Staying Strong while staying at home

    Hey there,
    If you want me to go easy on you the first thing I would say is to be active in the community. See....there are a lot of people who are in desperate need like you. You can help them answer their doubts and questions which will in turn make you stronger. You can do a lot of research in many things!!!
    Habit building
    Exercising
    ...and the list goes on and on mate!!
    Busy yourself with productive work!!! Read books mate. Books share the authors experiences on how he solved his problems. It is just like the has come to talk personally to you and is helping you out of your problems in life!!! This makes you stronger because you now already know how to handle life!!!
    So......
    Just chill and enjoy yourself

    Hey guys im having a little trouble in lockdown also but after relapsing more times in 2 months than i have in 2 years due to lockdown enough is enough!
    You are right good habits are key exercise and reading lots of life changing books helped me also meditation and cold showers they are the keystones along with social interaction(the lack of is what is causing all the trouble in lockdown) and getting out on nature.

    Hey man,

    I would say that its not relapsing if you do it daily!!
    The technique I use to stay off the D is to picture myself jerking off to this fantasy and picturing myself being miserable after a moment of pleasure.

    Then I think whether I am this weak and pathetic as to jerk off to find pleasure? And the answer is always No and “Come on dude, you are better than this” and sometimes “PATHETIC” in voice of Creedy from V for Vendetta.

    Basically I am using my ego and honor for a good thing and that’s what makes me strong.

    I choose to be horny, hungry and honorable rather than being humiliated in my own eyes. I look into my eyes in mirror and feel confidence where I always felt guilt and shame.

    Talk to yourself man, believe me it helps!

    Thats some superb advice it is of course never worth it and before this lockdown i had no trouble and thought very similar to yourself. There is no excuse in my eyes though lock down or not even if this thing goes on all year i am not degrading myself anymore. Then its the slow build back up its all just unneccessary wasted time.

    Thanks for your advice and also v for vendetta is an awesome movie one of my favs haha
