300 Days - NOFAP (100% Real) DEFEATED SATAN! FOUND GOD!

Music to my ears biggame5k. I highly suggest abstaining from sexual activity completely for 100days. Hardmode is the best/shortest way to rewire the brain if you are a sexually active person like me. The following are my suggestions. You can do 100 days with just the first 4.

1. Rearrange your furniture in your bedroom/living room/house (There's something about seeing a re-arranged room that provides an active reminder of the new you) This is extremely powerful

2. Turn your faith game ON when you are triggered (Whatever you believe in Turn it on. Ask God, the Universe to help guide you in becoming all that you were meant to be. breathing,meditation and prayer for 2 mins and the urge should fade away)

3. Don't touch yourself. I've found muscle memory associated with fapping so best keep your hands away from your pants at all times (unless you need to wash down there. In which case be very mindful) also be mindful of how you sleep. Friction can cause unnecessary erections)

4. Replace the habit. Transmute the sexual energy (After 21-30days the brain will eventually recognize that fapping is no longer on the to do list of things. So replace the habit with something positive)

5. Journal and Document your progress. (Take selfies daily and journal your thoughts, triggers and mini victories. You will start seeing results from day 1)

6. If you are dating/relationship/ married tell your partner about nofap/pmo. Trying go on Nofap while wanting to be sexually active is like trying to climb a mountain with your car/house strapped to your back. I'm not saying you can't go on nofap and enjoy sex. But the mind must first rewire how it views sex. This is absolutely necessary as the body reacts to the thoughts of the mind (Psychosomatic)

7. Know your enemy. You are your worst enemy. Your brain will try to conserve energy so it will resist change. Your brain will come up with every possible excuse why fapping is normal, porn is awesome and nofap nopmo is stupid. This is purely to get a hit of dopamine. Once you recognize how you stand in your own way it is smooth sailing from there...

I love your conviction to Christ brother. Blessed are you who is persecuted for rightousness sake. I believe that Christ died for my sins too. And I also think it's "super good" too if we all find Him. Let's not make this a debate of the gospel and leave room for self-righteousness. Rather,bring lets the sinners to repentance.

Glory to God brother for your perseverance

You are saved by His grace do not try to fight this beast Just let go and rest. Let go... let go of trying to fight the urge, let go of trying to give yourself a hit of dopamine just let go. The mind is always willing but our flesh is too weak to fight the urges so just let go my brother and you got this.

Galations 5 ;16 I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh, for the flesh lusts against the spirit and the spirit against the flesh and these two are contrary to one another.

i will pray for you brother. In moments of weakness just call on the holyspirit and Let Go do not worry or be afraid of letting go of who you are to become all that you were meant to be. And remember He's got the whole world in His hands so an urge is nothing to Him.

Walking around the block. Talking to strangers, Listening to the struggles of people and just wanting to spend every second of my life helping someone else rather than helping myself iykwim

I would say paws kicked in around the second to third week but they werent that hard. infact i'd say they were the least of my worries. When i wasnt really sure i wanted to give up who i was to become who i was meant to be. This constantly wanting to hold on to a false perverted construct of who i was had to die if i was to walk in the new man that i was to become. This moment changed when i Shift+deleted the old me and let God reshape the new me. All glory to god brother all He wanted me to ever do was let go of earthly desire and i was saved by his Grace.

Congraulations on your progress my friend you are doing great You do not have to worry about a thing from now. We all get a little insomnia from time to time but do not condemn yourself for getting any urges or thoughts etc. Just let them pass you by and do not try to fight the beast. This filthy beast cannot touch you if you remain righteous. You got this

Honestly, i'd say around the 1 month mark it started to get a lot easier. My mind was happy with the new Me and didnt need to resort to any of the stuff the Old Me was doing. I had to empty my self to become totally detached from the OLD me. But i will say that constantly filling myself up with scripture and prayer helped fill what was empty (if you know what i mean) so the New Me was someone i longed to become after the one month mark.

I remembered that Jesus died for my Sins, for every filthy thought i had and action i had done He took it all for me at the cross. And all He wanted from us is to give unto him the burden we carry so that we can Rest and i mean truly Rest brother. Like sit back and relax. We dont need to think or worry about anything fearful or negative because he faught it all. Everytime you get an urge remember the cross my brother and His Resurrection. The OLD ME has to die for the NEW ME to Live on
