    I did it. One year. Can't believe I'm saying it.

    My journey has said enough. I can now see how far I came and continue to go. This is what I needed and there are zero regrets. I gave myself a second chance, and I won't miss this time. Thank you for all your guy's support.

    Obviously not easy, but I educated myself highly in the befits of doing so which out weighs the urge to do so. I think it’s a great way to combat urges. I still struggle time to time but I understand because that’s just part of who I am. It’s a lonely journey but it’s worth the time and effort
