Just checking in. Today is day 185!
Here's what's going on with me: I've recently had some issues with the Tiktok app. Sexually explicit content is not allowed there, but what they do allow can leave the mind to wonder. My solution to this distraction is to simply delete this app and never go on it again! Haha, it was a waste of my time anyway. Stay strong everyone!

 

Day 6 check. Has been a bit difficult with struggling with some urges. But have been using the fantasy of my Saiyan self fighting the urges in physical form, which I feel is helping.

 

Thank God I never owned Tik Tok! Looks like a shitty app anyway. Good work.
