Fast relapse. When I'm getting up in the middle of the night, I have much less controll over myself. Like I'm not the same person. I dont have the rational part of myself, that says "hey it will be bad for you in the long run". I'm not sure about it what to do.

Yesterday kicked back that bad feeling of shame, but God carried out to be an awesome day, had some great conversations with my friends, and I felt amazingly after it

 

169=13*13 days completed. This is 1 day better than my PMO record and I consider it a mile stone on my current streak. However, I am on a PM streak (married by now), and my PM record is actually 237 days. Still, I am glad about the progress I made, and I hope that I keep progressing. This journey feels like it's never ending for me.
