I realized I developed bad breath at a time when I became an addict of porn. Could Nofap cure it and at what day, that is, after how long in Nofap?

I think someone with medical education should speak up, but I don't think that these two might be connected. I don't think that hormones can affect bacteria balance in mouth. I think you should focus on sufficient hydrating to assure sufficient saliva level (with its antiseptic properties) avoiding drying out mouth troughout the night or even during the day; brushing teeth AND other surfaces inside mouth after every meal AND drink containing sugar so these bad bacteria run out of alimentation; chew a lot of gum to keep this self-cleaning system (saliva production) work; flushing (drinking) oregano and/or sage brew - oregano is consider as a best bacteria killer among all of the herbs. It may also have to do with periodentis so talk to your dentist if she/he diagnoses any. Keeping mouth sterile might be a pain in the ass so strenght from the rebooting migh be useful to stick to the routine. That's the only influence I nofap might have.

Thank you. Chewing gum is a mainstream business. I have tried and and the effects last for a short time and you are back to the bad breath. A more permanent solution would be deemed the way out.

Yes, but I wasn't advicing You a chewing gum to feel fresh and minty but to keep Your salivary glands active. Due to the side effect of overdosing chewing gum (frequent toilet visits) You should look for something neutral to chew (no idea what could it be) so the saliva in your mouth is being produced, circling the bioclimate there. You should avoid situations that bacterias are let to expand easily. I think it should be more or less like this: reduce number of bacterias by exact cleaning the whole mouth, then with the use of saliva and flushes keep them reduced, then reduce with next cleaning, then keep reduced, and so they should decrease gradually. I highly recommend the oregano flush - while I was using the Listerine or Colgate to flush it was very agressive and yes, shortly after flushing my mouth was probably super sterile, but at the same time my mucous membrane was irritated, and I think this dead tissue leftovers was a great alimentation for bacterias to grow troughout the night so when I woke up, using my tounge I could scrap tiny layers of mucous membrane from inner parts of the cheeks and frome the gums - which was quite stinky and no chances to kiss my partner in the morning (that was the main reason to do something with it). Once i replaced it with oregano flush, my morning breath is still a bit stinky, It's hard for me to imagine someone waking up with fresh mouth, but it's way, way better, no layers peeling in, and I can kiss without hesitation ;)

  5. Regularly brushing your teeth cures it. Don't forget to clean your tongue too as this is where most of the bad breath actually comes from.

  6. Check for "tonsil stones" (google it if you don't know what they are).

Thanks man, that is exactly the problem. I laughed at myself that I didn't know about it for all this years.

Try tongue scraping. Also could be diet related.

I used to have bad breath. Here’s how I fixed it,

mechanical toothbrush- it just cleans better! I have one that times me for two minutes so I know I get a good brush in.

regular tooth brush to clean my tongue. A lot of bad breath bacteria is on your tongue scrub that!!

FLOSS! I floss twice a day and believe it or not it helps a lot. Bad breathe bacteria can hide in those little crevices gotta get rid of em.

brush after every meal. When I work i have a little toothbrush too that I’ll use after I eat lunch. Especially if you’re in a job where you are speaking to people all the time or selling something.

    hope this helps!

  10. Yeah I had them once a few years back.
I remember when I first discovered them I thought, I was at the dentist last week, why didn't she say something!

To be fair to her, I didn't ask her about bad breath or anything. But she could have said, "Dude, you've got tonsil stones" or something.

    Did it permanently go away?

  12. I removed them (be careful doing this, also your hand-eye coordination might not be as good as mine).

After that I checked my tonsils regularly and occasionally saw something there. The tonsil stones are harder to remove when they've just started developing, but I tended to persist and remove them anyway.

It's been ages now since I've found any.
