15 day Ratio Challenge

so im 3 days clean, does that mean my ratio is 3-10 or 3-30?? sorry i reread the instructions like 5 times and still confused lol

Come on men. Remember you are the men. Men are supposed to be the one who slove problems and someone who others can rely to. So be strong! If you PMO that affect not only your life but life of others too. So remember your reason your why. Remember what you are standing for. If you don't wake up early even that affect on other life too. Your mother father brother sister your pet.. what you are as a Christian stand for? You know the ones who are against Christian are louder then us? World is full of evil. So we need to wake up and don't let them contorle our life. We are better then this! PMO is not benefit us. Its hurting us. It's time that we fight back!
