Hello friends. Here on NoFap's streak with my best energy :)

I always heard "masturbating is good, it prevents prostate cancer" said by "supposed doctors" ...

What do you think? It is a big lie? Made for us to adopt this malicious habit?

We all know the immense problems of masturbation / porn.
Personally if I ejaculate, I get terribly tired, without energy, even for weeks.
On the contrary, with holding semen / not looking at pornography, it makes my essence come back inside me.

    Regards!

I think the most important thing is staying connected with our genitals. If we are shameful or have any other negative feeling towards our genitals, this will have a detrimental effect on our health and maybe could lead to prostate cancer or any other form of illness there.

Btw I don't think M is a problem for everyone. In the rebooting guide there is a message which clearly says they don't advocate abstaining from M after reboot is over. If you can keep a healthy sexuality it's okay. For the duration of rebooting it can be a useful strategy, as I discovered and practice. However, I've read a number of posts from people who have successfully rebooted while continuing to MO. It's just a matter of choice what works for you.

  3. Jeah suppose alot of other things prevent prostate cancer, but seems to me little odd, that you cannot masturbate in public with excuse of being: "im just preventing prostate cancer". Expect to this is of course New York Subway.

This is not a matter of belief.
It's a matter of reading the studies, understanding whether the samples chosen are representative of the population, evaluating if the statistical analysis is sound and identify whether there is conflict of interest (I'd be very wary of quoting a study sponsored by PH, if they even do such things).

Since not everyone has the statistical or medical training to understand such studies, these people had better suspend their judgement on the science, and rather rely on their personal experience. People who don't know what they're talking about do more damage than good, even if they have good intentions.

If you believe that masturbation is harming you either physically or morally, you're empowered to quit it. The studies won't stop you.

I was wondering just the other day if anyone has ever included Monks in studies relating to the effects of masturbation vs complete abstinence and prostate cancer rates? Surely Buddhist, Catholic or any Monks practice no pmo?

Although personally I think that there are probably many factors to include such as, diet, genetics, life style choices, age, and many more..

If that was true then it wouldn't matter in the first place since.
The good of nofap/semen retention outweighs the "bad" of nofap so significantly.

for the People who justify their pmo actions because of reducing prostate cancer , I hope they accept the truth of nofap

These so-called "doctors" are just pawns of the system to weaken men as a whole. Each year testosterone levels drop and it´s practices like masturbating that is part of the problem. We were not meant to get pleasure without working for it, masturbation is the easy route.

It is healthy to O frequently, but by "frequently" you should consider once or twice a week. Also, O by masturbation a lot (twice a day, 5 out of 7 days of the week, or more) is linked to depression. So, yes, it is highly encouraged to O but by having sex, not by masturbating.

As far as I'm aware, the only studies on prostate cancer and masturbation are correlative. Correlation is not causation.

What if instead, It was ''ejaculation'' that help prevent prostate cancer?

So in a sense, yes, masturbating could help the matter. But, having sex could be as good ( If not better for us non fappers ).

Yeah. Also excessive M is related to higher chance of developing depression and if you are not careful you might end up using P and become an addict.

I take nofap over anything, even if mastubation supposedly prevents prostate cancer.

  15. So you believe this is not matter of believe? Or you have research team committed to finding out is this matter belief?
Everything is matter of believe, but sometimes science is working and sometime it isn't. Weird how the only thing that should not be matter of belief is actually matter of belief and that sums up science.

The problem is that science has become corrupted, just like everything else. They know since the SHEEP do not have a morale compass they will believe anything the "science" says. These doctors may very well know the truth but they lie in order to fulfill the agenda. Just like everything else, they may have cures for cancer, HIV, diabetes, etc but they won´t tell you because they want you a slave and to make large profits off of your sickness since you´ll believe anything they say.

I believe there is no benefit for masturbation. Masturbation does not prevent any cancer. What about life time monks? they never masturbate through out their life. But even one never suffer from any kind of cancer. And any of the rebooters who have completed their journey successfully after years of streaks never seen to report of cancer.
So, it is a lie definitely. And nobody masturbate to keep safe from cancer:oops:

Masturbation is self-induced instant gratification. You're reward system could be fked up if you're addicted to it. Whether occasional masturbation (like once in 2 months or smth) is debatable, but it all comes down to your own belief.

I think people are just using this excuse to masturbate

"Do you know that masturbating 21 times a months can reduce the chances of getting prostate cancer?"
"WOW! I guess imma just fap off. F**K nofap."

Dude this is so true and sad at the same time. How all those years of adventure in seeking cheap pleasure has made most us agree with your statement.
