Would it be a good idea to masturbate to treat premature ejaculation?

    I received this advice and I don't know if I should stop my nofap process. I'm doing nofap for 76 days.

    Ey man,
    It seems like you trained yourself to ejaculate quickly because you didn´t want to get caught by your parents, so you engage your BC muscle until you ejaculate. And it seems like you have a problem with the prostate gland. It doesn´t close off the way it should.
    In my opinion the problem is not masturbating, which is totally normal, but masturbating the wrong way, like you did. If you want to get better you will have to practice because if you don´t you will not know if you are getting better or not.
    I can´t really help you if you do not masturbate since we will not get any feedback on what you are trying out. However you could wait until you complete your nofap challenge.
    If you are willing to masturbate I would suggest you start off by thrusting your pelvis forward while tensing your abs just for a second, all that while exhaling or holding your breath. I want you to masturbate and, for a moment, tense your abs to thrust your pelvis forward just for a second while exhaling. You create a sudden tension in your abs and a sudden release which activates the prostate gland. Do it like when someone attempts to punch you in the stomach. So thrust your pelvis forward and get back into your normal position as fast as possible. Do a very fast thrust as fast as you can and then relax again. Do it 3 or 4 times (not one after the other) at the beginning of the session, way before you reach your PONR. After that see if you feel different in any way.
    Try thrusting into your hand while masturbating to mimic sex or use a fleshlight if you have one. I would also recommend using lube since thrusting into your dry hand is not that exciting (at least for me).
    After that I want you to focus on your breathing... if you feel your BC getting too tight inhale into your chest lifting your chest (this will stretch the BC muscle a bit). Exhale and hold that exhale 2 or 3 times as long as your inhale. For example if you inhale in 2 seconds hold your exhale for 4 - 6 seconds. This will help prevent you from activating the sympathetic nervous system which causes ejaculation.
    And masturbate for at least 20 minutes. If you feel your PONR approaching, stop for 15 - 30 seconds and start again.
    I also want you to consciously relax your leg muscles for the first couple of minutes while masturbating and having sex since they might tense up and you don´t even notice it. Focus primarily on relaxing your inner thighs which connect to the pelvic floor.
    Also I want you to lightly squeeze your glans throughout the day until you no longer get an IK while squeezing it when it´s soft.
    Let me know how it feels and if it helps so we know we are on the right track.

Look man, nofap cures all related problem that rose from porm masturbating and orgasming, abstaining from all for a very long time, resets the pathways responsible for arousel, not only this, because premature ejaculation is a sort of a psychological thing you just wried your brain to ejaculate quickly not to get coughy, abstaining will also reset all psychological links to orgasming, if you again train your self to fap for 10 20 mins theres no garentre you will last that long and maybe you’re naturally equiped to last longer if you heal, people here who make successful reboots reported lasting long in bed sometimes 20 minutes in one session before orgasming, i would suggest you do hardmode, because your brain has to forget the word « Orgasm » in order for it to forget anything that associates with it, like premature orgasming or porn scenes pictures. Hard-mode is the quickest way to heal your p-m-o pathways and cure all related problems. Understand once you get cured you wont feel the need to masturbate but rather to have sex, masturbation is a deviation form the natural course of mating, forget about getting pleasure from it period, despite people claiming to be a natural things, it only causes sexual problem amongst men and women Good luck :)

    Whom did you get that advice from? That matters. A sexologist? Some friend? Some random guy?
    I think what that person said is Complete Bullshit.

    I think Masturbating will only worsen the situation! I MOed a lot to pictures of models, Not to P, yet I faced this problem quite much. So stop PMOing.
    Not busting it will certainly make it better. But it will take time, so give it that time. I think M’ing is a bad practice. It drains your Energy and you’re Exhausting your Penis, and all the plenty other organs involved. Wasting the food you eat.
