Day 7/7. There is a loooooong way to go but I am happy I have managed to abstain from at least 7 days. Now I will be moving to the 14 day challenge

 

I am struggling. But I am on YouTube educating my self instead about nofap and porn addiction.

Apparently these are good books to read:

I’d recommend you read ‘Siddhartha’ by the German author Herman Hesse, and ‘Meditations’ by the Greek Philoshopher Marcus Aurelius.
