Day 3: Got up early this morning and have a productive day ahead of me. I'm doing my best to change other aspects of my life along with this addiction.

 

241 days here!

 

Thanks! I got up at 6am today, and am doing really well. I realized that my screen time at night might be affecting my sleep schedule, so I cleared my mind and meditated keeping my gaze on the wall, and eventually I fell asleep an woke up refreshed in the morning.

I am on day 5 now. I have not looked at porn in a month, but I finally reset my counter to last Friday at 5pm so as to best account for my M relapse. Now I am just going by that. By 5pm tomorrow night, I will be Urah-Kai!
