    Day 12 check in...
    The urges are coming and going frequently ... i have to be more aware and alert to cross through this turbulence...i do every good habit like reading , exercise, music, studying, meditation and yoga, cold shower and what not...i do not focus on NoFap and instead i transmute all my energies to make positive changes in my life.... i asked those experienced ( above 50 days) what you all do extra so that urges dont come or u get over it easily?i dont want to break my streak this time... i have to cross atleast 100 days...suggest me some tips...

    Hello everyone, I hope you all are doing fine. Today when I was checking my WhatsApp, my friend had send me a video. I clicked it to see what he had sent and then, it turned out to be a P video. I instantly stopped that video i.e in almost no time I stopped it. Will that still be considered a break in my streak. I had not known about it. Now I'm feeling regretful.Please tell me.
