day zero
(5/10)
a lot to learn, a lot of negative impact,, actually im not relapsing but , im not even confidence to pass the first 10 day's...and it feel so depressing to reset the counter all the time....so i will remain day zero until i can pass the first 10 day

Life of a Spartan ain't EASY.
It requires Discipline, Self-control, Focus, Commitment, Training.
Are you Up to the Challenge?
For every passing mark, you will get a New Badge as Follows.
YOU MUST CHECK IN EVERYDAY AND YOU WILL START FROM DAY 0.
ITS HARD MODE WARRIORS, MEANING THERE WILL BE NO PORN, NO MASTURBATION, NO ORGASM.
I UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOU HAVE A GF/WIFE YOU ARE ALLOWED TO HAVE SEX, BUT THAT ONLY STOPS THERE.

Other things not recommended include porn substitutes like porn fantasy, erotic stories, etc. If you're using it to get aroused then you shouldn't be using it.

I was depressed and I lost confidence in myself; I gave up because I didn't think I could do it.
This was in December 2019. Look at me now: I finally did the 100 day Spartan challenge.

This message sounds like I'm done with it and my journey ended. That's not true.
Even if I had few porn images in my head recently, I still have some urges sometimes. I can't relapse now, this is my duty as a God of War. I CAN'T.
I'm feeling better these days. I sleep well, I don't think of porn every day. But 100 days is not enough to fully recover and I feel it. I feel I'm on the right path but certainly not in the finish line. Just somewhere on the road. I'm on track.

Some people asked me "What's the secret man ?". Well, there is no such things. We are all different. Try what other people recommend, try it and you will know if it works for you. As for me, when I loose motivation, this is what I do:
I imagine my life during the next year if I'm out from porn. I imagine my life on a daily basis with this new energy, without PIED.
Then I imagine my life during the same year if I continue to relapse. One second of this thought is enough to bring back motivation.
Life is made of choices. Your future life is only a consequence of your current choices.

I decided to stop counting. I want to be a little out from all of this and to enjoy summer. Thanks again, thanks to the whole community and to you spartans. Stay strong and accept your destiny to become gods. If I did it, why can't you ? Anyone who dare answer to this is just spouting false excuses. Stop talking and DO IT. NOW. THIS IS YOUR DUTY.
