    hi everyone , currently a engineering student ,started faping at the age of 13 or 14 I think first introduced to pron on internet through google images, I didn't have that much of a strong masturbating habit initially after first watching pron , it was in recent 3-4 years that I started to masturbate as a means of escaping , I easily get overwhelmed by things be it goals or any thing else , never tried to improve my mental state and instead started pafing for the feel good chemical , which now doesn't even feels good any more
    I need to go deeper into my self to find my obstacles and my mental mechanisms that leads me to bad choices, to do so first i need to stop escaping aka masturbating
