Reading good books, articles on LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit etc. Believe me it will change your life. Cause it will not only help you utilize your time in benificial activities but you will learn alot for solving your life problems.
Some good books I would recommend are.
    Think and grow rich
    The path to personal power
    The forty rules of love
The subtle art of not giving a F*CK
    The Alchemist
    Rich dad poor dad
    The 5 am club
    A brief history of time
    Think win win

Free Online Book. Corey Wayne "How to be a 3% man". It is focused on having better interaction with womans but at the same time it changed my mentality in the way I think and behave in life. Life changing book.

Start weaving baskets. It brings you into the moment, and you can't focus on anything else other than what you are doing. It can help with processing emotions and being with yourself.

I'll recommend meditation and intermittent fasting. Just like with PMO, you will learn to understand the nature of your body and mind. And by knowing yourself, you'll make much better choices going forwards.

  14. What helped was drawing to channel the excess creative energy, painting helps to. And a martial arts for self defence and discipline, I recommend a combat sport like boxing, kickboxing, or muay thai. I did Karate but bored of because practicing katas got boring. The only fun part was sparring, those combat sports have lots of sparring.

  15. Hi! Maybe you'll like postcrossing. Although I have a shoebox full of postcards, it's still thrilling to get new ones. Some people there are willing to find penpals for longer letters, so you can make new friends. Knitting and learning new songs on ukulele are also helpful for me to distract from you know what.

There was alot of great stuff suggested so I will write something else, scale modeling is one of the things I really liked when I had the time and the money (it's expensive in my country).

Go for a walk in a forest. It will bring you peace and will relieve you of stress.

  19. One thing I started doing is just keeping a journal. Writing out all the thoughts/dreams I recently had and how it made me feel. It helps especially when you are able to go back and reread it. Sometimes you learn a thing or two.
