There has been this app, that I've had now for over a year,it was supposed to help me quit by giving me advice and counting my days, today I deleted it, I've reached 130 days and ive only been addicted for less than 2 years, so I believe this means that I've quit, or at least am close to it, I'll never let my guard down tho
    Here's my story:

I'm 14 I've been addicted to porn since the age of 12 and I've been trying to quit ever since then, all my life I've been the smart kid and always got the highest grades in the school, but since I got addicted I've decreased to the 10th in the class... That was unfortunate

I also wasted alot of time on this addiction, I could've spent it with friends and family,I really regret my decisions up until recently

Around February I decided that I needed to quit desperately for so many reasons, including that I'm only a few months away from high school which will decide my future, and other reasons including religious ones

Ever since then I've seen benefits such as:

    Confidence, so much confidence

    Better eyesight, maybe kinda

Better focus, I don't just sit and get fatigue after twenty minutes

    Deeper voice

    I'm fat (quarantine)

Happy, so happy at any moment, I enjoy every moment

I don't just go and fap every time there is a problem

Also in Islam, pmo is a huge no no, so I guess I'm lucky as almost everyone in my class (well, boys only) are addicted to it, so it feels so good knowing that all my efforts have not gone to waste,

    Me now:
Spending time with my family and enjoying it

I'm going to reduce the time I spend in nofap as I rly want to forget the whole pmo thing and continue my life, good luck to everyone here I hope with all my heart you all quit, good luck and bye

It's just normal, u know quarantine, besides I don't think that I'm fat, just a small beer belly (idk what it's called)
    My height:176cm
    My weight:70kg
The BMI thing says it's healthy but I wanna lose some of fat at my belly tho
EDIT: ok it's not a beer belly but its still some fat
