It's a vicious cycle like that sometimes. For me I've forgotten what it's like to abstain for so long that my head keeps spinning looking at different women. I also maintain eye contact for super long and I'm not tense or nervous to look away. Are you currently fighting off urges? Or are you good now?

 

The masks I find, both helpful and harmful. Helpful because pretty much every woman looks like a dork in one, harmful because when a woman has a great body I tend to focus more there than I would if I could see her face. I'll be really glad when all this mask bullshit is over with.

 

I haven't gotten strong urges but an interesting thing I heard the other day was if you even think about something you don't want to give into, envision a red x over said fantasy or some kind of buzzer sound so it's possible to instill a sense of wrongdoing.
