20 years of porn addiction

I am porn addict.
I started watching porn in 2000 and got addicted within a span of 5 years.the worst thing was the self loathing,shame and guilt i fel after finishing off.
That did not stop me either,afer 15 years,normal porn became bland,not arousing me anymore.i sank lower into taboo genre.i tell there isnt a straight genre i havent explored,one day i jerked off to transwoman porn unknowingly which scarred me .then in 2018,i got married and thought this was the end of it.nope,sex with wife was not as exciting as i expected.i had to watch some videos to get excited.finally videos were boring and long i needed instant 5 sec porn,i discovered something called GIF porn,more powerful and addictive.
My health was failing,i got easily tired,i was thinking porn all day,when is next fix,next high.
2 months i said enough of this bullsht,this thing is gonna kill me or i am gonna take it to the grave.i am already 36 years old with a wife ,2 kids,why the fk would i want to fab to porn gifs.
I stopped right there,when i have a craving,i go home to my wife.life is good,sex is a bit exciting.

I also had a habit of smoking while fabbing,this also stopped.porn free and smoke free for 2 months now.
