27 Yr Old Porn Addict

    I am a 27 year old Male Software Testing Professional struggling to quit porn and control my masturbation. I have been using porn since 2008 before entering graduation college and since then it's been there with me. I not a regular porn addict, but I tend to watch porn twice or thrice in every 3-4 days. The only thing that I have experienced after watching porn and masturbating is that I am driven by guilt from my inner conscience. And I pity upon myself to abstain from it but I am finding it hard. Also going ahead I want a good and great sex life with my future partner which should be porn free as it's fake. So here I am posting my first post on the NoFap community.

    I wanna get out of this addiction and I want my first streak of NoFap checkpoint to be of 21 days and then as I progress I want my next streak of NoFap to be of 90 days.

    You are lucky that you were able to find this out that early in your life, now it the correct time to start this in order to have a good and successful life, if you continue with porn you will have no motive to succeed in your practical life beside the problems that could face you in your relations,
    Go for it now and take it out of your life for good, stay STRONG.
