    Hey, I'm quite sad today. it's my 9th day of no PMO, it's been reqlly a struggle. I saw this video on youtube saying that NoFap actually makes you NOT last long in bed. Yeah, you get to attract girls but when get em, ur not gonna (perhaps) keep them because you can't last long. Is it true? :-(

    during nofap i fixed my own premature ejaculation problem. Right now I masturbate way less, and when I do, I can last 10-20 minutes (i am talking about fast strokes in one go) If I try and probably longer if i train, and 7+ minutes without trying meanwhile while I did PMO before nofap, i lasted seconds because the excess arousal made it too hard to last long

    also keeping a strong mind is what will be important to prevent also another issue i had, its called performance anxiety. When I stay calm it makes me last longer, also make sure your legs are relaxed and breath out a bit longer than inhaling (got this tip from @pe help)

    lastly, dont do death grip (too hard grip on penis while masturbating) and try to remove porn altogether if you can even when relapsing as the arousal is too high

    Last time I had sex I did bad, the cshot was cool tho. After you have some sex with the same girl you'll start lasting longer. It will get better and better, dont worry about it
