I'm grateful to be here. The weekend was rough. But I don't want to give up. The alternative is worse. This disease has a beginning. This means it has an end. And I'm looking forward to that. Until then I'm here. One foot after the other.

One of my strategy is to switch off all electronics with access to porn for 24h. that always give me a boost in the right direction. this disease is difficult. but I see people acheiving the impossible. and that gives me courage.

I will share here one of my favorite videos about porn. In this video for the 1st time I heard about NoFap.
