I Can't stand even for a minute during sex due to 7 years of excess Masturbation

    I'm 21 years old and my sex life is completely ruined, i can't stand for a minute in bed I'm ashamed of myself. Excess of Masturbation made me sick and now I'm suffering from erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation due to 6-7 years in Masturbation. Can i get back to recovery and can i become better in sexual performance if I stop it for 2-3 years?

    I used to have PIED before I started attempting nofap. I remember I had ploblems similar to yours. But after many streaks I improved a lot. Now I have full erections more frecuently. But not just me, there are a lot of men who recovered succesfully from PIED with nofap.
    Maybe you need to remain in the hard mode (No porn, no masturbation and no orgasm) for a few months. It is the best for addicts like us, in order to recover.

    Man, that's sad, I understand you because I was at the same point as you some years ago and it's a terrible feeling, are you able to get some kind of erections or is it just numb? How long do you use to last until cum?
