Felt quite "Zen" for most of the day, but had some temptations (read my journal for more).
Today, I felt no urges when waking up this morning for the 1st time in years Woke up with a mighty feeling.

 

Good use of the forum. Never fight the war that has no winner.

Since I am going on holiday in few weeks, I am training really hard

 

Day 18

I had a wonderful busy weekend, I was on vacation and did lots of walking on Friday and Saturday.

The last three days though I have been feeling a bit under the weather and sleeping a lot. I am hoping I didn't catch the Covid.

I am sorry for not checking in but I hardly spent any time online.

Am working on applications and my summit report.

 

4/30 Down! Now onto Day 5 - Today I'm feeling quite emotional and it was a pain with explicit visuals popping in my head when waking up - luckily I made it up.

I'm taking on this challenge to regain freedom - to become a soldier of life, to obtain control of myself and thrive greater in life.

Reporting for my first day
Woke up really early. Went to the gym. Trained like hell.
Studied hard.
Did work.
I made an error.
I learned from it.
I like this new mindset.

 

Day 5/30 down!
Physical: Juggling
Mental: Reading and writing
Spiritual: Did my first meditation session! (10 min)

Now onto Day 6 and feeling very inspired and energetic.

Physical :Cleaned my room
Academics : 6.56 hours
Spiritual: watched inspiring youtube videos.

 

That's the order #3 To report all relapses and learn from them. This bird is ready to get some worms. Keep it up. Meantime. Good work out there.

Thinking about new training equiments. But the costs and effectiveness are questionable. Senior instructor says not necessary. Might do more harm than good. I do think I still have much to improve.

I can't believe I have almost made it to three weeks again already!

Still not quite recovered yet but doing better. Putting in applications and having job interviews. Hoping to get more excercise again soon.
