Hi if someone could help me here i'll be very grateful. After years of continuos masturbation i think i damaged my penis and the problem does seems to be peyronie's. All started in february when i was masturbating and had like a sense of brain damage. I really felt i was getting stiff. Since then i feel slower (mentally and physically) everytime and i have tingling in the hands (maybe a little bit of ataxia too) which i think it could be an early phase of dupuytren's constracture (which is linked for what i red to peyronie) Here are my penis simptoms:
    * penis curved upward (kinda banana shaped)
    * narrowed shaft (on one side and kinda of going out the other way, if that makes sense)
    * the head of the penis is twisted and therefore the frenelum isnt straight (it's in diagonal)
    * a red stain on the head of the penis
    * I don't have problems to get erections (on my own) but the penis is less sensitive
    And probably other things.
I want to know if someone experienced something like this and i know there isnt a cure but maybe time and some unproven treatment has helped?.
I visited an urologhist and he touched the zone and said everything was ok. But the penis was soft at the moment so i really think he could have missed something.
I would be truly grateful if someone could give an advice on what to do here. Thanks in advance.

I suspect I have Peyronie's as well. I joined a forum to get more information/advice on the topic. A lot of people there recommend NoFap, and to do something called Traction which is the act of gently stretching your penis to break up scar tissue. One guy on there has a Youtube channel with a lot of information on Peyronie's and on how to do traction at home, by hand, safely.

I found traction helped reduce the curve I saw at my base, but I still have a slight curve near the tip.
A lot of them also recommend increasing fat intake and reducing artificial sugars.
A lot of people there are on Pentox with some additional things.

It's definitely recommended that you stop masturbating though. That's something I am unfortunately struggling with.

I wish you the best of luck! I hope this helped at least a little.

Hi man! thank you so much for the answer. I will definitely take notice of what you are telling me. Im only in day 3 of nofap but i will try for sure to stop doing this shit.
In the other hand, incredibly it seems that i dont have peyronie (i must have something, but dont know what). I had made an ecography (although no doppler) and the study says it couldnt find nothing in the area searched.
While this is deffinetly good news, my penis is still clearly bented and turned. My new theory is Mondor disease or something like that but at the moment i will not go to the doctor (3 different men touched my penis, thats enough!).
Could you pass me the info of the forum and the youtube guy?
    Again, thank you for answering

man, forget about your penis. jerking off will ruin men’ brains. you know how important it is to keep your mind clear for students and working people. you jerk off ,you lose your brain energy and your imagination. i used to be very good at math but now i cant even focus on these numbers. my teacher kept saying that :are you ok? so dont pay attention to the shape of your dick ,put more attention on your brain because having a smart mind means you will have a brighter future. having a straight perfect penis cant bright your future. quit it for your brain, not for your dick. i sincerely hope you can get this information

Yagana, thank you so much for your reply. Yup, sadly i had a relapse this last days but im trying to recover my path. Sadly, my penis isnt even my main problem. I have some vision problems due to an eye surgery and i have to deal with it every day (in fact, that is what dragged me into porn in the first place i think). But i will try to make my best because if i dont change my way my life is going nowhere.
Hope you are doing well in your personal life and that you could overcome this problem.

While porn addiction and PIED are very new symptoms and issues affecting men, Peyroine's disease has been documented for some time, and the medical field has much more knowledge about diagnosing and treating it.

If you think you have Peyroine's, I suggest consulting with a doctor above all else. They will know best.

I will say that many who are addicted to porn (as with all addictions) pass off their symptoms as signs of something else. Subconsciously, your mind does not want to admit you are addicted to porn and has caused some physically manifesting systems becomes you are so hooked.

Since I have no detailed knowledge about your situation (nor do I want any physical descriptions of your possibly fucked up penis), I highly suggest seeing a doctor.

And while you're at it, quit the porn. It's bad for you :)

Thanks man for your reply. Right now im focused in no fapping so i dont think i will fall for it at least until next year (i know its almost impossible not to ever come back, but i'll try). On the other side, as i said early in the post, i've been examined by 2 different doctors physically and by ultrasound (or ecograph i dont know the translation). I'm still totally convinced that i have something so the plan for the moment is to let my penis alone for at least 2 months and then see if something has changed.

Hey man if the doctors say you're good, you're probably good, and this is some type of anxiety induced by porn. It happens with all sorts of issues, especially with penis size and shape. I myself thought I might have had Peyroine's or just a fucked up dick, but it's just kinda curvy. Girls love a curvy dick lmao.

You definitely don't need to do anything more than 9 months for a reboot, and probably even 6 is too much. Doing extremely long reboots puts you at a greater chance for relapse than a normal one and then going into sex.
