First of all, I need to apologize for my bad English written skills, this is not my mother language and I try to do my best.

I've been porn addicted for almost 15 years, I'm 26 now and I'm tired of this, I'm tired of all those false ways to get dopamine, yes, watch porn is the easiest and fastest way to feel "happy", but that feel is too short, and then you need to watch more and more porn, and suddenly you get tired of yourself. Sometimes, while laying in my bed, I think about my miserable existence, getting dopamine by watching stupid videos about sex, fake sex, with non-real women, non-real men. I'm tired of this. I want a new life.

I promise you, if you stop pmo, your self-esteem will be so much better.

The true cost of pmo is always your soul. your soul becomes weak. Your emotions are overly sensitive. You get cranky and irritable on anything

Something that's been useful to me that I had to learn from others the hard way is "doing good things gives me self esteem." Then comes the hard question "what things are good.". It can be simplified by asking what is better, I think helping other people is better than things like exercising.

Random acts of kindness, listening deeply, building relationships even when it's hard uncomfortable ur downright shitty, these I get self esteem from.
