My NoFap Journey so far 30 days

Hey everyone I'm new and Ive been wanting tonpost about this since I started NoFap I guess just been busy.
I am 16 and the main reason I started NoFap because my Ex left me 5 months ago and I became depressed and I turned to Porn everyday and I wanted to reach my goals but was not motivated at all.I came across NoFap while watching youtube.At the time I thought watching porn was normal until I watched a video about how Porn affects your brain.The curious kid I am I stared researching ahout NoFap and wanted to see if the benefits were true and how it can help me chang my life.



1st week-I had so much energy and I didn't think about porn or touched myself at all.I worked out everyday and got motivated and looked for my first job since Im 16.

2nd week-I had a wet dream but I hear it was normal during the reeboot process but I didn't know you lost some of your "powers" I felt like crap in the morning and I had an interview.It was fine but I didn't get the job that's fine.


3rd week-I had no urges at all except when we went out camping because I couldn't take a cold shower at all and meditate because my family was up so early and they were noisy asf.When driving home they stopped and went fishing and since I hated fishing I stayed in the car for 3 hours and I took a peek at porn for 10 mins and its my 30th day!I felt so bad I powered off my phone and told myself I was weak and I could do better next time.




Overall I felt great my social anxiety was gone and I started just talking with strangers no problem.I had more energy and motivation.I want to quit PMO forever because it was the cause of my depression.The only thing that I didn't experience was the women attraction but that's fine I don't really care because I'll try to focus on myself more and become of higher value.Listen guys if a 16 year old can do it you sure as hell can as well.Thanks guys hope I can have some support and advices and can someone explain why no girls are coming up to me yet?lmao
