NoFap + No Coffee

    Hi Guys

    Currently i'm doing both simultaneously. Yesterday was day 1 and i got headache.
    I'm at day 2. Maybe just my feeling but today it's kinda like the uplifting effect from nofap and withdrawal from no coffee neutralize each other. Still a bit headache, but not as pain as yesterday.

    It can be a good thing if you have addictions that are linked, but sometimes it can be really awful if you do many things at once.
