    Im a 14 yr kid on day 4
    I want to ask that has your hair become more smooth and silky and........ you know like do they fly in air when u walk or run?
    Ive got spikes to enhance my looks but they're a bit dry .......so dont look that good after hours of taking a shower
    Pls tell

    Dude Calm Down, Just Wait For 90 Days. You'll Start Experiencing Most Of The Benefits From Then. Stay Chilled & Focus On Building Muscles And Stay Away From This PMO Shit :) :). BTW It Won't Fly Obviously. But The Benefits Are Different For Different People, Better You Experience It.

    Btw when you do nofap, eat healthy and excercise regularly (add happy thoughts to the mix as well), your hair and skin will start looking better.
