    :emoji_dart: and leadership challenge. Made a huge mistake in the middle. But didn't let anyone down at the end. Enjoying the celebration :emoji_tada:

    Wonderful holiday.
    Lost 4 kg since I walked really a lot.
    I was really occupied, and bad thoughts never hit me.
    At home they defeat me the first morning.
    Day 0.
    Hell mode is starting again.

    Keep walking.

    Miracle is not a result, is a walking process.
    A story from an abused family. The mother went suicide. The dauther follwed her step, doing drugs. Few years later she found herself surrounded by people like her. In prison. Many of them got out with a fresh new start. So she kept asking when her time comes. A counselor said, her time is now.

    Anything is a walking process. No such a thing as a overnight success. I for instance, I couldn't do 5 pull ups at the basic training. But I got out with 6. 20 weeks later I got 15. Now I can do 20 plus little more. The "secret" was to keep pulling 5 days a week.

    Addiction on the other hand, I think it's same. No such a thing as a overnight sobriety. I focus on academics and all things fitness, because it's a process. A walking process for strength, resilience, and things I'm still working on it.

    What's your process? Or what is your plan for this boot camp? I look forward to see your answers :rolleyes:

    I want to heal my mental health (which I have already to a great extent)
    Develop a mature way at handling things.
    Build the career of my dreams.. I wanna be the one who fulfills her dreams (obviously with the help of god)
    I want to repent and change all my ways that doesn't please my God
    I want to be make my parents proud

    No mental training today but yesterday did some. Some motivated words.
    Worked.
    Academics with business.
    Took exams. A little far from passing.
    Had a very bueno food :emoji_wine_glass::emoji_yum::emoji_shallow_pan_of_food:

    Worked.
    Prepared my CV.
    The hunting will start.
    Not trained. Bad.
    I've soften a bit.
    Need to gain momentum.

    Back from vacation. Started working today (3 weeks jobbing). Reached half time.

    I suggest to use the training course. It should be a good start. Two of us took it and one is progressing.

    :emoji_juggling: saved a food falling from a shelf. This is the benefit of training. Act right without thinking.
    Academics. Philosophy and business. Preparing for materials.
    Our intel says we gonna have a very bad weather soon.

    Meditation
    Cold shower
    One hour study
    Cleaned my room
    Watched motivational videos

    Day 48.

    Worked 9 hours today. Flatline or depression is strong. Not much interest in fantasizing but missing hugs and talks with people. Urges might attack out of hiding.

    Too tired for self care in the evening. That's dangerous.

    Had a nasty nightmare of being violated so this should kill the urges but does not improve my mood lol.
