I need help from someone to help me get out of this mess. I relapsed after 98 days and cant get past one day now. If someone could help me reach 30 days I would be forever greatful.

  2. The trick is to remember how you felt when you started. You need to get back into your original mindset.

It's hard for me to get back into that mindset. If I could get someones help to get back into momentum then I should be good.

  4. I speak from experience. Nobody can get you back to your original mindset except yourself. Take some time off and contemplate about your life.

To be honest, I don't remember my mindset it was over 3 months ago. One thing I do remember is I was very determined and I didn't even consider giving into the urges. I obviously don't have the same determination anymore nor do I know how to get it like I did a few months ago.

    Hey,
You need to have a strong resolve and a great reason to quit PMO forever. It's gonna get tougher, the longer you quit the harder it's gonna become. So without a really strong resolve you won't be able to last long. Understand how damaging porn and masturbation is for you, understand how women are sexually trafficked for that one scene which gives you artificial dopamine, understand the pain someone might have to go through for you, understand the real meaning of intimacy... You could do 100 days, which is a big deal for anyone so don't lose now, keep pushing. You will have a great life, just don't give up. All the best, stay strong brother.

Yes, you are right. Things did start becoming easier after 70 days but I ended up putting my guard down. This time I won't repeat the same mistake once I regain my momentum. Thanks for your post.
