    Hi, I am new here. My age is 34. I am prone masturbation (traumatic masturbatory syndrome) addicted. Till age of 14 I was doing this and daily 2-3 times or more. Recently I done sex with a women. I am not enjoy it and not felling better than masturbation. Penis is not getting hard. I experience delayed orgasm. Is noFap help me to get a normal social and sexsual life like others people?

    Note: English is not my first language. So for bad English sorry. I hope you guys understand what can I trying to say.

    Yes it will work for you. It will take you 2-3 years to become 100% normal. You'll see great changes within 6 months if you do it right and put 100% effort into it.
