Hi 20 y\o newbie

    I've been watching porn for about 6 years. It doesn't have serious impact on my life, BUT I have some problems with my body and I think that the problem is in porn. I can't call myself introvert, but when I masturbate very often I have no desire to do anything. And also I guess porn destroys my self-esteem.
    I don't want to stop masturbating, I just want to quit porn. Is it possible?

    Yeah, it might be. But not many people manage it, and it is very hard to do. But, if you want it bad enough, then anything is possible.
