Stopping PMO

    Hi everyone, I just joined lately and I've been trying to stop PMO since 2years ago. I found myself in this situation since when I was 16 and I'm now 18 years. Although I tried stopping it even before I joined nofap but I never yielded any good results and I believe that I am going to overcome this now that I joined nofap through challenges and determination since I'm not in this alone. We shall all overcome this addiction.

    I'm in the same situation as you. I've been trying to quit porn for quite a while, but I haven't had much success.

    I'm hoping that Nofap is what I need, and I hope it'll work for you too. We're in this together!
