150 Days no PMO

    No PMO for the last 150 days.

    social anxiety has been gone for months.

    morning woods come and go, they aren’t consistent. I want them back permanently.

    confidence has sky rocketed.

    no longer a people pleaser. I can care less.

    Upper body muscle has increased.

    no urges to watch Porn, find myself checking out the ladies heavily in public.

    I have no desire to go back. Join me and together we can defeat PMO, I have foreseen this.

    This is encouraging! I did over 100 days 5 years ago but slipped back and I'm now on day 30 and it's been pretty horrific most days. Headaches, anxiety, depression, no peace. I just want to feel better so posts like this are an encouragement that my brain will heal once time.

    I can’t do it! My best was 40 days the first one, but the half year I can’t do that I’m in the army I need help

    Apparently I have never made it passed 2 weeks but I will not give up.

    Certainly you can! Don't give up now!
    I have been addicted for four years yet still I believe I can overcome this!
    Do you have good habits? You need to build good habits to replace the time that you wasting in PMO. Never ever give up.
