When we prefer porn over real life adventures like hobbies or conversations

Hey Guys,

I am on 60+ days right now on my Nofap journey and I feel amazing to be here with all of you. I feel better each day that I wake up knowing that I did not give in to my urges last day and look forward to my days now. My self-image has been improving and so is my confidence. This () is a video that resonates a lot with my views on porn. Before discovering this forum, and before starting my journey, I would watch porn rather than going out with my friends and playing soccer, or just talking to them, I would say no to them when they'd invite me in the evenings to play, so that I could just sit in front of my computer and watch porn. I hate that part of my life and I'm glad it's over.

Just wanted to share this, let me know if you have similar experiences.
