I dont want to be talking about loosing, but a lot of us in this challenge never reached even 1st month clean. So I think it would be good to keep going even when some of us relapses.
I was thinking everyone who makes it till the end of this month stays in the challenge.
When one relapses during the next months (october+) he will count his relapses till the end of the year and we can create the list of those who make till september and then update relapses count so we are still motivated even after the first stratch and at the end of the year who has the lowest relapse count is winner.
We can also make some specification - like if you relapse more than once in a week you automatically out or more than 3x/month

Anyway thats just my suggestion. What do you think?

Because I am in really big battle -> almost feel my nuts hurting and I was thinking that this way I would def. have high motivation and wont binge, because I still want to be around here and sort of compete in a good way sith others.

  2. 10 days of September, 10 days of clean living and (mostly) clean minded time. I've too been having some memories and thoughts of my wife and our "Glory years". Missing when she was most attracted to me and enjoyed our sexual encounters. Hoping that will return one day when I am better.

As for today, it is September 11th here in the USA, a day that significantly changed my life and many close to me. A day of remembrance that life is not guaranteed. A point driven home yesterday when we walked my mother in law to her final resting place.

Remember friends that we can continue this path of Fapping and have the same tomorrow that is already destined through self abuse, porn, shame, etc., or we can take this one day to strengthen our minds and body for the next day - which WILL be easier.

Let's close this day strong. Another week is ending. Soon the month will be gone, and then we'll be on our way to the best year of our lives....2021.

Yeah bro this sounds good. I am doing the reboot for the first time I am scared if can do 140 days at a streach.

There are all sorts of challenges from one day to a year. Some you reset, some you don't. There's even one similar to what you're describing, 14 steps of incremental days increasing and you stay on that step. The point of the challenge is to reach 100+ days of reboot and actually achieve the time needed to heal. Having 16 seven day streaks, or 30, 30, 20, 5, 40 is not the objective. Check out my journal if you'd like. I've relapsed 17 times this year since January. Am I better than I was last January, perhaps. But this is my final stand - figuratively, and you can choose this path or a y other that works for you. Anyone that's been on this forum a while can attest that this is a serious matter to contend with. It won't go away with minimal effort. It will be damn hard and difficult. Challenges, like this are aimed at getting you another layer of motivation and distraction from that difficulty and the associated pains.

I respect that this may not be for you, but the idea is simply to not procrastinate another day. I worked all year for 9 months feeling just like you. I've seen so many "day zero, again" posts and written them myself too.

    What will end this cycle?

    WHO ACCEPTS THIS CHALLENGE?

  5. Don't be afraid to fail at anything. Rather be afraid to lack the courage to try. Minutes turn into hours. Hours to days. Days to Seasons. Manage your minutes, the rest will fall into place.

  6. Checking in and I am remaining free from acting out thus far.

Sorry guys, I had typed up that longer message a couple days ago, I guess it failed to post and instead saved as a draft. Fortunately it was not lost.

I've had a tough week. Emotions tested, resilience tested. Patience tested. Right now I am waiting on the AC guy to come and replace our unit - multiple thousands of dollars I wasn't planning on spending this month/year. But we drive forward. I am hoping to connect with a few people and push them one day or one week or maybe even a month further than they might have gotten without this challenge. Is failure and relapse and resetting an option and or an outcome for some of us, absolutely. But if you're still here today, that failure was not yesterday. And whatever THAT took to achieve, do it again today. And just manage these next 24 hours with all your attention on not quitting today.

Good luck friends, wishing you strength.

    I am also still IN!

17relapses this year is pretty impresive.

I am on the longest streak since spring and I will keep going!

I had a very difficult time sleeping this past week and I found myself too weak and relapsed.
I already spoke to @BrohkenCompass about this.

I asked that since this challenge is open until September 20, if I could take up the challenge again, which he is ok with.

So, if it is ok with everyone here, I want to take on this challenge again because this really is something that I need.

    Day 1.

  11. I am new; just joined today.
So much to learn. So much to repair.
Hoping that I may join this challenge.

Binged like crazy, not sure what happened, it didn't even feel like urges it just felt like an addictive haze. Did it probably about 4-5 times in one night....wtf. I'm still in this though.

  14. Day 0, I lost my 12 days streak by Porn. i didn't ejaculated but I did PM.

    My approach:
    • No Porn
    • No MO
    • No Edging
    • No P subs
I installed an add-on on my browser to block all the NSFW webpages, I also hid the button to disable the add-on so it don't wanna be easy to get access to that kind of material
    • No Peeking
Honestly, I don't know what it means
    • No Sexting
    • No Sex Chat Rooms
    Never was a problem
Keep going, bros. On January 01 I'll be on a +100 days streak!

  15. @BrohkenCompass add me to this challenge please.

Can I start from day 3?

  16. Hi welcome to the challenge. You're going to want to get involved and read up on relapses, warnings, plans, etc. Be ready for urges before you have urges. Have an escape plan.

  18. Sorry to hear that man. I'll try to drop a link tomorrow but search YouTube for Universal Man what to do after a relapse.

  19. Sorry to hear about your setback. Look for a separate post tomorrow morning setting a way forward for the group.
