    Day 0
    I relapsed today. I cannot deal with the urges between day 21 and 25. Those are too hard. I will focus my body on those days especially. Because I believe that if I can get over that period, it will be a huge milestone for me.

    My Journal
    AAHHHHH! I hate how, in the same day, I can feel like I could never make the same mistake again and then, a few hours later, make the same mistake. I had gotten to around 30 days and then it all started to fall apart. I felt the unreasonable urge to do it and I even came here to read things to stop me but I did it anyway. I spent the time to break through my filter and I started watching and was immediately dissatisfied. I left after a minute seeing how weak I have become. It's so frustrating! It's never what it promises to be and yet I betray myself every time and fall for it.
