    Few symptoms I got after heavy PMO addiction for years... These are only few which I have mentioned
    1- Don't feel to talk with parents and gf (emotional numbness)
    2 - anxiety jolts before sleeping
    3 - Brain zaps
    4 - Derealisation
    6 - Poor memory
    7 - Brainfog
    8 -Weak erection
    9 - Don't feel aroused by gf even though she is damn pretty
    10- Poor concerntration
    11 - Waking up feeling tired as fuck
    12 - Depression
    13 - Fatigue all day, dont feel excited to do any work or even think.
    14- Numbness and tingling
    15- Poor eye sight
    16 - Poor focus
    17 - Tremors

    There not all completly gone, but since I stopped using porn most of them have decreased by a lot. I'm still a bit depressed, but I'm only 9 days in so I expect this to become better over time.

    I know it's going to suck but you need to reset your counter. Edging to porn counts and you know it. Accepting edging as being okay is your addict brain trying to trick you. I've been down that road, where I told myself that as long as I didn't orgasm it was okay. It was a lie and I was doing myself serious harm by dragging out my porn and masturbation, harming my penis and further flooding my brain with dopamine.

    Accept no compromises.
