  6. Day 2 over.
I relapsed the day before yesterday, though I did not watch P.
And it is okay, because this time I was prepared for the fact that "I will eventually relapse time and time again before I get to where I want to get"

In a past life (up to a week ago),I would have felt down, disgusted and discouraged after a relapse, and probably showered and went to bed immediately.
But this time I took things in hand, I worked out until muscle failure, took a shower, did my work then went to bed.

The thing that helped shift my mindset was going beyond that point during a workout, when my mind usually says "no, you can't do anymore push-ups, or pull-ups", even though at the time I do not feel physically tired.
Working out past that mental block, again and again, gave me confidence. So that now I don't believe most of the rubbish my mind throws at me. And it feels good to know I am the master, not my mind.

Brother, let me put your mind at ease. I've been doing this for a few years now and I've found that there are times to focus on avoiding PMO, and times when other things have to take priority. You have to think of it as the less harmful of two evils. When I was doing exams for my master's degree, there were many times when I would start getting wound up and couldn't focus. I found that, when something like that happened, it was better to relieve my stress and focus on the task at hand. People say that you should never think 'I can always start again tomorrow', but the fact is that you can. However, exams are a one-shot deal and should take more of your focus than avoiding PMO. If it's a choice between a quick 10 minutes to get your mind out of the gutter, costing you your streak, or a few hours lost of revision which could have consequences for the future, I think it's worth breaking the streak.

TL;DR, If it's a choice between losing your streak or losing a day of revision for important exams, you gotta choose the lesser of the two evils.

Stay strong brother, you can do this. And keep going with the exams, I feel your pain!
