My hardest fall was when I hit 45 days and relapsed. In order to not peek, you should delete every NSFW content or gateway to that content imaginable on your computer and phone. Simply make that sort of content hard to access. As for urges, willpower alone won't get you through. Incorporate healthy habits into your life and occupy yourself with so many things PMO simply has no more space in your schedule. You can do it!

There are certain conditions that must be met in order to "peek" or PMO:
    1. You need some privacy
    2. You need internet access
    3. You need free time
    and so on

You need to make sure all of those conditions are not being met at the same time.
Privacy + No Internet / No Privacy + Internet
And be busy with physical, intellectual and spiritual activities.

I wrote a few posts about how to do this:

Very accurately described what's kept me going. However, you also need to convince yourself that pmo does not add value to your life, you do not need it and can do without. The healthy habits and measures to deal with urges will not always be enough, you'll have to be able to stop yourself and say no! on many occasions before urges stop being an issue.

build on this..journaling about what led to your relapse and what you can do to avoid it in the future will bring more clarity and help you move forward. life & recovery is all about how to respond to adversaries, mistakes & disappointments.

I can feel that regret, shame, guilt and pain all together.

I've gone through 30 days once and relapsed and felt pretty suicidal and cried for minutes, then i went through another 30 days and felt real suicidal about myself. My main advice is to
Delete Social Media. I've uinstalled all social media apps but youtube i putted on restricted mode though. I deleted my account on Instagram, websites and strict myself down, to never really look at any websites myself. I've stayed away from my laptop for a year. So cutting down social media or at least limitting social media is best.
