    Ok, I think I found one challenge that I can choose the mode. My mode is no PMO, Porn or porn substitutes or edging or any self sabotaging tactic. non excessive masturbation without visual aides is the only thing I allow. So uh... Light mode?

    Day: 59. Will report back here when I get to day 75.
