Trying to be honest

    Hi everyone, english is not my native lenguage, sorry for bad grammar. Im 25 years old, i've been watching porn for a long time, since i was 13 PMO was the only way i knew to relax and realive from the daily stress. I've always been shy and introvert, and i always had problems with socialize. I don't know for how much time i've been drepressed, i've been to a therapist and it helped me a lot, but i never did one thing, i never work ed on myself, i never realy committed, i always sad "what's the point ? ". And things got worse. I never did some thing that would make me feel proud of myself. Then i discover ed this site and it blew my mind,while readind everyone stories, all the encouragement that you give each other, a sense of hope would grow inside me, and i decided to give up on porn. And so i did... for a week, i tried again, and i failed, and again and again. Every three days i would fail, then i got drepressed. But i understood some thing, i felt a rage against myself that ignored for so much time. I tried to fill this void inside me with PMO, videogames and social media. I was wrong. Today i start everything again. It's day one. Thanks for reading this

    Don't porn anymore, it's better to struggle and at the last to relapse than to look at porn.
    No more instagram pictures of models. No more erotic imagines , erotic stories or erotic asmr.

    We should improve in all area of our life, just being dissatisfied or stressed makes us relapse.

    An effective weapon to overcome urges and thoughts : mindfulness.
    The brain will try to win you and to get some triggers for the seek of dopamine. Resist
