    Thanks for your help. I noted how stress is one of my principal causes to relapse. In our postmodern world is very dominant and extended. That´s gonna be my battlefield.

    Day 50: Today is my birthday. I’ve realized just how much I’ve changed in this past year. I’ve matured a lot and have started taking steps toward a brighter future. It’s an amazing feeling.

    Day 12

    Today is my 26th birthday, and so I am very happy to be clean 12 days, almost two weeks on my birthday. And I have not peeked at porn in nearly 8 days, so that is an accomplishment in and itself. However, despite having been safe for almost eat days and clean for 12 days, I must remain humble because hubris will be my downfall. I have been having a lot of relapse dreams lately which despite not having urges in the daylight, is a bit haunting as they can lead to me thinking about porn when I would not normally.
